LAUNCH ME
Twenty High School Senior students that do not want to go to college and would like to enter the workforce will be afforded the opportunity to learn from the best and brightest. Laborers of the Harvest Foundation will place them with an organization or business based on their interest to shadow and learn all aspects of the business. Laborers of the Harvest Foundation will pay their weekly salary and provide insurance. This program will run from June to August and the students will work full-time. During the months of September to November, the students will be part-time in order to attend their required Grace Evangelism Training 12-week class. After completion of the twelve-week class, the students will return to their jobs full-time. At the age of 21, the students will then be given the opportunity to launch their careers as entrepreneurs in the community.

Laborers of the Harvest Foundation will provide tuition, books, room and board, and a monthly stipend. The UnderGird Me funding scale is as follows: 3.5 or Higher receives 100%, 3.0 - 3.4 receives 75% and those students with 2.5 - 2.9 will receive 50%.

DON'T FORGET ABOUT ME
Laborers of the Harvest Foundation will implement the GET program in the prison for those inmates that are within 6 months of being released. They will be provided with Laptops to take the GET twelve-week class to prepare them to function outside of the institution. Ten percent of their weekly earnings will be placed on their books and the balance will be placed in savings. Upon release, LOTHF will provide residency and locate employment for them, pay them, and provide insurance for six to twelve months in an effort to avoid recidivism. After the six to twelve-month period they will be afforded the opportunity to present a business plan to become business owners. All business owners will be required to provide a monthly stewardship fee. If the business is successfully run for the three-year period the business will be turned over to the business owner; however, the business is to always stay in the community and owned by the original owner and or his/her family member. In the event the owner or family member doesn’t want to continue the business it must be sold back to Laborers of the Harvest Foundation.
